Teambuilding
"Our chief want is someone who will inspire us to be what we know we could be."
- Ralph Waldo Emerson

Teambuilding sessions are customized to meet your needs and can vary vary in length from two hours to three days. Using hands-on simulations, we'll help each member of your team understand themselves better, and their role in building a high performing team.

Our goal is to improve your team's performance by helping team members more effectively:

  • Communicate and trust each other
  • Commit to the organization
  • Build personal and professional credibility
  • Resolve interpersonal conflicts
  • Do what's right, even when it's unpopular
Coaching
"Skills training alone increases productivity by 22%, while training plus coaching increases productivity 88%."
- International Personnel Management Association (9-2008)

Individual coaching sessions can greatly increase your effectiveness at work. Using a number of assessment tools, including the WorkPlace Big 5 and 360 degree tools, we will help you more effectively manage your busy work life. You'll clarify a personal vision for yourself as well as understand your preferred communication and conflict styles. You'll understand how you are perceived by others - and how to manage those perceptions.

We can also help you become a better coach. We'll build an action plan with you to leverage your natural strengths and mitigate your natural weaknesses. Effective coaching is essential for engaging your workforce and for capturing descretionary effort.

"David, a big thank you for the excellent coaching and the inspiration you gave me. You are a real role model."
