David has 18 years of experience in developing leaders in Fortune 100 companies. His areas of expertise include teambuilding, coaching and personal leadership. As the founder of Leadership Imperative, he travels worldwide conducting leadership seminars and speaking to a wide variety of organizations.
David combines his experience in operations with a BA from Bowdoin College and an MBA in International Business from Suffolk University to translate leadership theories into practical applications for leaders at all levels.
David is a member of the National Speakers Association and a facilitator for Franklin-Covey's "7 Habits of Highly Effective People." He is a Certified Master Coach accredited by the International Council of Coaching, as well as a Certified Coach for the Center for Applied Cognitive Studies' WorkPlace Big 5.
David volunteers his time for the Junior League of Memphis and as a mentor. He enjoys baseball, traveling and gardening with his family in Western Tennessee.
Ross brings a passion for experiential learning in his role as Chief Learning Officer at Leadership Imperative. His creative and innovative leadership seminars are very popular with groups that are looking for new concepts in leadership development.
Ross has more than 20 years of management experience with a Fortune 100 market leader in the United States and China. His leadership experience has provided him with expertise in the areas of communication skills, change management and customer service.
Ross received his undergraduate degree in political science and history from the University of Tennessee in 1979 and his MBA from Marshall University in 1993. He is a facilitator for Franklin-Covey's "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" and a coach for the CentACS WorkPlace Big 5.
Ross spends most of his free time chasing his four children around the golf courses, baseball fields, soccer pitches and gymnasiums of the southern United States. He enjoys tutoring disadvantaged youths as well as serving as a sometimes not-so-popular soccer referee.
